My mission is to help design teams, product teams, and digital design agencies unlock their full potential through personalized training and development. I have over 15 years of experience creating engaging learning experiences. In 2020, I founded the Fountain Institute, where I am dedicated to working with companies and training design teams, equipping them with the skills needed for leadership roles. My Master's in Education focused on Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS), a facilitated discussion methodology. Today I bring my wealth of expertise in facilitation and a commitment to empowering individuals to each new project. My insights have proven invaluable in enhancing facilitation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
